内置CFRP型材方钢管混凝土构件抗侧向冲击性能有限元分析 被引量:1

Finite Element Analysis on the Lateral Impact Behavior of Concrete-Filled Square Steel Tube with CFRP Profiles

摘要 采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,研究内置工字形CFRP型材方钢管混凝土构件在侧向冲击荷载作用下的受力性能。通过考虑动态响应下材料的应变率效应来计算材料强度,并建立有限元模型对冲击全过程、应力-应变关系以及构件的耗能状态进行研究。通过变换冲击能量、含钢率、剪跨比和材料强度等条件,对构件抗冲击性能进行参数分析。研究结果表明,内置CFRP工字型材使得构件具有更好的耗能和变形能力;随着冲击能量和剪跨比的增长,构件的跨中挠度增大,抵抗冲击所需的时间延长;冲击力峰值受混凝土强度影响甚微,但随着冲击能量、含钢率和钢管屈服强度的增大而明显增加。 The finite element software ABAQUS was used to study the lateral impact behavior of concrete-filled square steel tubular beams with I-shaped CFRP profiles.The strength of materials was calculated by considering the strain rate effect of materials under dynamic load,and the finite element model was built to study the whole process of impact,stress-strain relationship and energy state.The influences of impact energy,steel ratio,shear span ratio and material strength on the lateral impact resistance behavior of members were studied through parametric studies.The results show that the concrete-filled square steel tubular beams with CFRP profiles have better energy dissipation and deformation capacity.In addition,with the increase of impact energy and shear span ratio,the mid-span deformation of beams and the duration time of impact load increases.The concrete strength has little effect on the lateral impact,but it increases obviously with the increase of impact energy,steel ratio and yield strength of steel tube.
