The Remolding and Sublimation of Regional Economic Pattern Under the Leadership of the Communist Party of China

百年来,中国共产党在区域政策和区域格局发展上不断摸索、不断创新、不断完善,在准确把握世界形势发展和我国具体国情的基础上,在不同历史阶段提出了各有侧重、各有特色的区域经济发展政策和区域发展格局,形成了渐进式改革道路。本文回顾了中国共产党在新民主主义革命期间、社会主义革命和建设时期以及改革开放和新时代时期领导中国人民探索区域发展格局的百年历程。总结中国共产党领导下区域经济政策和区域格局变迁的成就和历史经验,有利于丰富区域发展理论,加深对区域协调发展、实现更高质量、更具效率和更加公平的区域发展内涵的理解。

For one hundred years, the Communist Party of China has constantly explored, innovated and improved in the development of regional policies and regional pattern. On the basis of accurately grasping the development of the world situation and China’s specific national conditions, the CPC has put forward a pattern of regional economic development with its own emphasis and characteristics at different historical stages, and has formed a gradual reform path.This paper reviews the centuries of the CPC leading the Chinese people to explore the pattern of regional development during the period of the new democratic revolution, the period of socialist revolution and construction, reform and opening up, and the new era.Summarizing the achievements and historical experience of the changes in regional economic policies and regional patterns under the leadership of CPC is conducive to enriching the theory of regional development and deepening the understanding of the connotation of regional coordinated development and the discovery of higher quality, more efficient and fairer regional development.
