真假多边主义之争,在2021年成为全球外交场域的关键议题之一。中国秉持真正的多边主义,系统推进建设人类命运共同体的伟大事业;美国尝试用虚假的多边主义作为护持霸权的工具,在全球引发了对多边主义真正内涵与实践路径的广泛争议。真正的多边主义尊重以联合国为核心的国际秩序安排,强调遵循被各方普遍接受与认可的国际法体系,避免出现个别或者少数国家用多边主义为幌子,将"帮规家法"性质的秩序与规则强加于多数国家的局面,着力实现国际关系民主化,为系统推进建设人类命运共同体作出属于中国的特殊贡献。

The dispute between true and false multilateralism has become one of the key issues in the global diplomatic field in 2021.China upholds the true multilateralism and systematically promotes the great cause of building a community with a shared future for mankind;the United States attempts to use the false multilateralism as a tool to protect its hegemony,which has triggered widespread disputes over the real connotation and practical path of multilateralism all over the world.True multilateralism respects the international order arrangement with the United Nations as the core,emphasizes following the international legal system generally accepted and recognized by all parties,avoids the situation that certain or a small number of countries impose orders and rules of a"gang rule and family law"nature on a large number of countries under the guise of multilateralism,and strives to realize the democratization of international relations,so as to make China's special contribution to systematically promoting the creation of a community with a shared future for mankind.
