灰色关联度分析弱碱三元驱采出液的破乳效果

摘要 本文基于单因素实验和灰色关联度分析了弱碱三元驱油剂对破乳剂破乳效果的影响。研究结果表明,随着HPAM、石油磺酸盐、Na_(2)CO_(3)质量浓度的增加,SY-689破乳剂的破乳效果变差。当体系含有破乳剂时,与不含破乳剂的体系相比,三种驱油剂与油相含水量的灰色绝对关联度均有所降低,石油磺酸盐与水相含油量的灰色绝对关联度由0.9940下降到0.6305,但HPAM与水相含油量的灰色绝对关联度由0.5175升高到0.5695,Na_(2)CO_(3)与水相含油量的灰色绝对关联度由0.6486升高到0.9340。综合对比含破乳剂体系的灰色绝对关联度得出,与油相含水量相关性较强的驱油剂依次是石油磺酸盐和Na_(2)CO_(3),与水相含油量相关性较强的驱油剂依次是Na_(2)CO_(3)和石油磺酸盐,因此石油磺酸盐和Na_(2)CO_(3)的质量浓度是跟踪破乳剂的适应性时需要重点考虑的因素。本文通过分析弱碱三元驱油剂对破乳剂破乳效果的影响规律,为现场破乳剂应用的跟踪评价提供了借鉴。 In this paper,the effect of weak-base ASPoil-displacement agent on the demulsification of demulsifier is analyzedbased on single-factor experiment and grey correlation degree.The results show that the demulsification of SY-689 demulsifier becomes worse with the increase of mass concentration of HPAM,petroleum sulfonate and Na_(2)CO_(3).When the system contains demulsifier,the grey absolute correlation between the three oildisplacement agent and the water content ofoil phase decreases compared with the system without demulsifier,and the grey absolute correlation between petroleum sulfonate and the oil content of water phase decreases from 0.9940 to 0.6305,but the grey absolute correlation between HPAM and the oil content of water phase increases from 0.5175 to 0.5695,and the grey absolute correlation between Na_(2)CO_(3)and the oil content of water phase increases from 0.6486 to 0.9340.A comprehensive comparison of the greyabsolute cor-relations of the systems containing demulsifier shows that the oildisplacement agents with stronger correlation with the water content of the oil phase are petroleum sulfonate and Na_(2)CO_(3),and that with stronger correlation with the oil content of the water phase are Na_(2)CO_(3)and petroleum sulfonate,so the mass concentrations of petroleum sulfonate and Na_(2)CO_(3)are the key factors to be considered when tracking the adaptability of demulsifiers.In this paper,the influence of weak-base ASP oildisplacement agent on the demulsification effect of the demulsifiers is analyzed,and it provides a reference for the follow-up evaluation of demulsifiers application in the field.
