摘要 随着近年来炼化企业的数字化转型,越来越多的压缩机配备了信息化管理平台,然而目前大部分压缩机的信息化管理平台以监控为主,不能完全满足生产优化的需要。通过构建开发基于压缩机动态模拟的压缩机系统性能监控与诊断平台,为石化企业相关用户提供了一个针对压缩机系统进行数据监控、性能分析与参数预测的平台,并以某炼化企业110×10^(4)t/a的重油催化裂化装置的富气压缩机为例,进行了平台应用:一方面,实时展示压缩机系统的监控数据、仪表数据和模型计算数据,实现模型的软仪表功能。同时,通过模型在线计算,可展示出压缩机组的关键性能参数,为生产管理提供参考数据。另一方面,可通过动态模拟优化,随时计算不同生产工况下,压缩机系统的最佳运行数据,以帮助技术人员分析不同工况下压缩机的运行瓶颈,进而降低压缩机系统的喘振风险。 With the digital transformation of refining enterprises in recent years,more and more compressors have been equipped with information management platforms.However,most of the current information management platforms for compressors are mainly used for monitoring and cannot fully meet the needs of production optimization.By building and developing a performance monitoring and diagnosis platform for compressor sys-tem based on dynamic simulation of compressors,a platform for data monitoring,performance analysis and parameter prediction of compressor system was provided for relevant users in petrochemical enterprises and applied to the rich gas compressor of a 1.1 Mt/a RFCC unit in a refinery.On the one hand,the monitoring data,instrumentation data and model calculation data of the compressor system can be displayed in real time,realizing the soft instrumentation function of the model,and the key performance parameters of the compressor unit can be displayed through online calculation of the model,providing reference data for production management.On the other hand,through dynamic simulation and optimization,the best operation data of the compressor system under different production conditions can be calculated at any time to help the technicians analyze the operation bottlenecks of compressors under different working conditions,thus reducing the surge risk of compressor system.
