涉众型经济犯罪案件的侦办困境及对策研究

Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Investigating Stakeholder Economic Crime Cases

公安机关对涉众型经济犯罪的打击力度不断加大,但发案量仍然持续走高,公安机关应结合涉众型经济犯罪的预防、打击和处置的实际情况开展研究。当前,在经济犯罪案件侦办过程中存在着法律适用、侦查协作、财物处置、维稳等困境,公安机关要有针对性地采取措施,通过完善相关法律规范、建立信息协作机制,做好财物处置和维稳工作,以更好地预防、打击涉众型经济犯罪。

Public security organs have continuously increased their efforts to crack down on stakeholder economic crimes,but the number of crimes has continued to rise.Public security organs should carry out research based on the actual situation of prevention,cracking down and disposal of stakeholder economic crimes.At present,there are dilemmas in the process of investigation economic crime cases,such as law application,investigation cooperation,property disposal,and stability maintenance.Therefore,public security organs must take targeted measures,by improving relevant laws,regulations and establishing information cooperation mechanisms to handle property well in the whole process of disposal and take measures to maintain stability,so as to better prevent and crack down on stakeholder economic crimes.
