摘要
目的:通过基因芯片技术及生物信息学方法筛选鼻咽癌的7个关键基因,帮助了解鼻咽癌的发生发展的分子机制。方法:通过差异基因分析、加权共表达基因的构建以及蛋白互作网络的分析筛选出与鼻咽癌显著相关的基因。结果:经过对基因组GSE12452的差异基因分析得出838个差异基因,将该结果纳入另一数据集GSE13597中构建加权基因共表达网络,最后分析蛋白互作网络,综合两者的结论得出7个相关性最显著的核心基因。结论:本研究为鼻咽癌提供了更多的潜在生物标记物,对鼻咽癌发生发展的分子机制提供了有效指导。
Objective: To screen the key genes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) through gene chip technology and bioinformatics, and to help to understand the molecular mechanism of the occurrence and development of NPC. Methods: Differential gene analysis, weighted co-expression gene construction and protein interaction network analysis were used to screen out the genes significantly related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Results: A total of 838 differentially expressed genes were obtained through the differential gene analysis of genome GSE12452, and the results were incorporated into another data set GSE13597 to construct the weighted gene co-expression network. Finally, the protein interaction network was analyzed and 7 core genes with the most significant correlation were obtained by combining the two conclusions. Conclusion: This study provides more potential biomarkers for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and effective guidance for the study on molecular mechanism of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
