Classification and diagnosis of ascites during pregnancy

妊娠期合并腹水在临床常见,但腹水成因复杂,容易误诊误治,严重影响母婴健康,因此明确腹水原因并进行相关治疗至关重要。本文分别从母体因素(妊娠相关性腹水、肝性腹水、肿瘤性腹水等)及胎儿因素(镜像综合征)等妊娠期腹水病因、鉴别与诊治要点做一总结,为该类疾病的临床诊治工作提供参考。

Ascites is a common clinical complication during pregnancy, but its etiology is complex and it is easy to be misdiagnosed and mistreated in clinical practice, which seriously affects the health of mothers and infants. Therefore, it is important to identify the cause of ascites during pregnancy and perform related treatment. This article summarizes the causes, diagnosis, and treatment of common ascites such as pregnancy-related ascites, hepatic ascites, tumorous ascites and some idiopathic ascites during pregnancy, and proposes a standard flowchart for the classification and diagnosis of ascites during pregnancy, which might provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
