上海自贸区政策对小洋山产业发展布局影响研究

Study on the Impact of Shanghai Free Trade Zone Policy on the Industrial Development and Layout of Xiaoyangshan

对我国自由贸易试验区分布情况进行梳理,并深入分析了,上海自贸区、临港新片区和洋山特殊综合保税区近年来主要经济发展情况,结合自贸区、小洋山一系列政策,在研究政策对产业定位导向和当前产业分布现状的基础上,提出小洋山区域产业导向、发展体系、重点产业类别及布局建议,最后,对小洋山地块范围内进行初步空间布局规划,形成南侧特保区产业组团、北侧港区产业组团、LNG产业组团和综合配套区组团四大产业组团。

This paper combs the distribution of China's pilot free trade zones,and deeply analyzes the main economic development of Shanghai Free Trade Zone,Lingang New Zone and Yangshan special comprehensive bonded zone in recent years.Combined with a series of policies of free trade zone and Xiaoyangshan,based on the study of the industrial orientation and current industrial distribution status of policies,this paper puts forward the regional industrial orientation,development system key industry categories and layout suggestions.Finally,carry out preliminary spatial layout planning within the Xiaoyangshan plot to form four industrial clusters:the industrial cluster of the south special protection zone,the industrial cluster of the north port area,the LNG industrial cluster and the comprehensive supporting area cluster.
