传统设计的二维图纸对实体的展现能力有限,对复杂项目和复杂节点难以表述,不同专业之间的设计图纸不具备关联性而通过BIM技术设计出虚拟模型后,设计方案中的问题就很容易解决论文对BIM技术在项目前期设计方案确定中的应用进行了案例分析,分析表明利用BIM技术可以及早发现设计方案中的冲突,有利于提高设计质量,缩短出图时间,还能优化设计,提高施工效率,减少项目协调和返工的时间,节省项目总投资。

The two-dimensional drawings of traditional design have limited ability to show entities,and it is difficult to express complex projects and complex nodes.The design drawings of different specialties do not have relevance.After the virtual model is designed by BIM technology,the problems in the design scheme can be easily solved.This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the determination of design scheme in the early stage of the project.The analysis shows that using BIM technology can detect the conflicts in the design scheme as soon as possible,which is conducive to improve the design quality,shorten the drawing time,optimize the design,improve the construction efficiency,reduce the time of project coordination and rework,and save the total investment of the project.
