摘要
通过对废旧沥青混合料进行再生利用,可在恢复其路用性能的基础上实现资源再生利用,而传统热再生技术需消耗大量能源且RAP利用率不高,亟须发展高RAP掺量沥青混合料再生技术。论文将高RAP掺量再生利用技术与温拌技术相结合,提出了高RAP掺量下的温拌再生沥青混合料应用方案,并对其路用性能展开了深入探讨。首先对RAP料级配展开分析,并评价了旧沥青性能指标;对比了2%〜8%再生剂掺配比例对再生沥青性能指标的影响规律,确定了合理再生剂掺配比例;对比了温拌再生沥青混合料试件在135〜165℃拌和温度条件下高温性能、低温性能及水稳定性的变化规律研究成果可为高RAP掺量温拌再生沥青混合料的应用提供一定数据参考。
Through the recycling of waste asphalt mixtures,resource recycling can be achieved on the basis of restoring its road performance.However,traditional thermal regeneration technology consumes a lot of energy and the RAP uti lization rate is not high,so there is an urgent need to develop high RAP content asphalt mixtures recycling technology.This article combines the high RAP content recycling technology with the warm mix technology,puts forward the application plan of the warm mix recycled asphalt mixture underthe high RAP content,and launches an in-depth discussion on its road performance.First,we analyze the RAP gradation and evaluate the performance indexes of old asphalt,compare the high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability of the recycled asphalt mixture under the mixing temperature of 135〜165℃.The research results of this paper can provide certain data reference for the application of high RAP content warm mixed recycled asphalt mixture.
