全液压内外模组合式衬砌台车在大断面明挖拱形隧道施工中的应用研究

全液压衬砌台车是隧道衬砌施工的主流趋势,内外模组合式衬砌台车可一次浇筑成型,减少由于工艺问题形成的漏水点,且浇筑后抗渗、抗冻性效果较佳;内外模组合式衬砌台车施工技术模板安装简单,测量定位精准,模板拆除迅速,具有良好的施工效果论文通过雄安新区北部郊野公园项目的隧道施工,对市政道路内外模衬砌台车的组合应用进行了优化,对大断面明挖拱型隧道快速施工进行了研究。

The fUll hydraulic lining trolley is the main trend of tunnel lining construction.The internal and external template combined lining trolley can be poured at one time,which can reduce the water leakage points caused by technological problems,and has better anti-seepage and frost resistance after pouring.The construction technology of internal and external template combined lining trolley has the advantages of simple template installation,accurate measurement and positioning,rapid template removal,and good construction effect.Through the tunnel construction of the northern country park project in Xiong'an new area,this paper optimizes the combination application of the internal and external template combined lining trolley of municipal roads,and studies the rapid construction of large section open cut arch tunnel.
