基于“三率合一”的电网项目计划进度执行偏差统计研究

Statistical Research on the Deviation of the Power Grid Project Plan Implemetation Based on“Three-Rate Combination”

为深化落实投资精准的要求,充分发挥资产、资金、管理等优势,增强企业经营能力,开展基于“三率合一”的电网项目计划进度执行偏差统计研究,研究以提升电网项目进度计划执行管理水平为目标,以“优投资、控风险、强管理”为主线,以电网项目“三率合一”指标为切入点,构建了电网项目计划进度执行偏差评价体系,提出了基于电网项目计划进度执行偏差数据挖掘方法,开展了基于电网项目计划进度执行偏差特征的电网项目动态管控模型研究,以全方位、多角度地提升投资计划执行的精准性和有效性。

To deepen the implementation of requirements of precise investment,give full play to the advantages of assets,funds,management,enhance the business capabilities of enterprises,carry out statistical research on the implementation deviation of power grid project plan schedule based on the“three-ratte combination”.This study aims at improving the execution and management level of power grid project schedule,takes“optimal investment,risk control and strong management”as the main line,and takes the index of“three-ratte combination”of power grid project as the entry point,it constructs the power grid project schedule deviation evaluation system,puts forward the data mining method based on grid project schedule execution deviation,studies the dynamic control model of power grid project based on the execution deviation of power grid project schedule,to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of investment plans in an all-round and multi-faceted manner.
