摘要
针对EPC总承包管理特点和实施条件,从项目全过程管理角度分析其在人民银行基本建设项目中的适用性和相关阶段的管理重点以人民银行某分支机构食堂综合服务区改造项目为例,开展EPC总承包管理路径研究,从建设单位视角总结实施EPC总承包管理的关键环节和实践经验,为公共部门推行EPC总承包管理提供借鉴和参考,并就优化EPC管理提出相关政策建议。
In view of the characteristics and implementation conditions of EPC model,this paper analyzes the applicability in the capital construction project of the People's Bank of China and the management focus of related stages from the perspective of the whole process management of the project.Taking the reconstruction project of the canteen integrated service area as an example,which from a branch of the People*s Bank of China,the research on the path of EPC model was carried out,and the key links and practical experience of implementing EPC model were summarized from the perspective of the construction unit,as to provide reference for the public sector to implement EPC model.And finally,this paperputs forward relevant policy recommendations on optimizing EPC management.
