液氢储罐自增压过程的动态模拟 被引量:2

Dynamic Simulation of Self-pressurization Process of Liquid Hydrogen Tank

摘要 本文基于液氢综合测试平台(Multi-Purpose Hydrogen Test Bed,MHTB)储罐测试结果,对比分析了饱和均质模型、俄罗斯模型和三区模型对自增压过程动态模拟的适用性,对比结果表明三区模型具有相对较高的准确性:三区模型针对50%初始充满率,漏热18.7 W时,在20.57 h时刻的增压模拟值与实验值偏差为7.38%。基于三区模型,结合热力学分析和无量纲化处理,量化分析了自增压过程中温度、压缩因子和密度对增压的贡献程度,解释了MHTB储罐初始压力骤增的主要原因是气相区的迅速过热与温度升高。本文可为液氢存储自增压过程的动态特性模拟提供理论指导。 The feasibility of three different models(thermal equilibrium model,Russian model and thermal multi-zone model)in the dynamic simulation of self-pressurization process of the liquid hydrogen were analyzed based on the experimental results from Multi-purpose Hydrogen Test Bed(MHTB)tank.The results showed that thermal multi-zone model had a good consistency with experimental results.The deviation between simulation results of multi-zone model and experimental data was 7.38%in a self-pressurization period of 20.57 hours under the condition of the 50%initial filling rate and 18.7 W heat leakage.Based on thermal multi-zone model,combined with thermodynamic and dimensionless analysis,the contribution of temperature,compression factor and density to the pressurization process was analyzed quantitatively.The results indicated that the major factor for the rapid increase of pressure of MHTB tank in the initial stage was the overheating and temperature rise in the vapor zone.The results can provide theoretical guidance for the simulation of dynamic characteristics of the self-pressurization process of liquid hydrogen storage.
