摘要
静电防护和雷电防护是石化装置安全检查中的重要内容,金属管道管法兰连接处的等电位连接要求和实施方案存在较多争论。根据现行标准和规范的要求,结合工程实际,分析了静电防护和雷电防护的要求和特点,重点讨论了金属管道法兰连接处的等电位连接的相关标准和规范的要求,针对实际工程中几种常见的金属管道法兰连接处等电位连接的方式,提出了工程建议以及应注意的问题。
Electrostatic protection and lightning protection are important contents in the safety inspection of petrochemical equipment. There are many disputes on the requirements and implementation scheme of equipotential bonding at the flange connection of metal pipeline. According to the requirements of current standards and specifications, combined with the engineering practice, the requirements and characteristics of electrostatic protection and lightning protection are analyzed. The requirements of relevant standards and specifications for equipotential bonding at the flange connection of metal pipeline are discussed with emphasis. In view of several common equipotential bonding modes at the flange connection of metal pipeline in practical engineering, engineering suggestions and problems needing attention are put forward.
