摘要
农村科技特派员制度,是国家为实现乡村振兴而推行并实施的一项重大决策。经过近20年的推行,获得瞩目成绩,但是在实施过程中也出现一些问题,文章对此进行讨论,并提出建议,供各位同行们参考。
The system of rural science and technology commissioner is a major decision carried out and implemented by the state to realize rural revitalization.After nearly 20 years of implementation,remarkable achievements have been made,but there are also some problems in the implementation process.This paper discusses this and puts forward suggestions for reference.
