摘要
知识转移行为是促进知识在企业内流通、保持活力的一种有效方式。在相关文献研究的基础上,对企业员工知识转移行为意愿的影响因素进行假设,建立假设模型,通过问卷调查法收集数据,对模型进行验证,分析模型结果并提出相关意见。研究发现:企业员工的知识转移意愿受到信任度、知识转移动机、知识转移媒介、企业文化环境以及知识转移过程中知识接收方的接收意愿的影响。
Knowledge transfer behavior is an effective way to promote the circulation and vitality of knowledge in an enterprise.On the basis of relevant literature research,this paper hypothesizes the influencing factors of employees’behavioral willingness of knowledge transfer,establishes a hypothesis model,and collects data through questionnaire survey to verify the model,analyzes model results and puts forward relevant opinions.It is found that employees’willingness to transfer knowledge is influenced by trust,motivation,media,corporate cultural environment and willingness of knowledge receivers in the process of knowledge transfer.
