装备在役考核数据采集与处理方法研究

Research on Data Acquisition and Processing Method of Equipment in Service Assessment

针对基层部队在开展装备在役考核数据采集工作中遇到的“采集什么数据”、“怎么采集数据”、“如何分析处理数据”等一系列问题进行了研究,围绕装备在役考核数据采集的分类、方法和流程进行了系统阐述,对在役考核数据采集工作中遇到的问题进行了合理的解答,并对定量指标数据处理、定性指标数据处理和异常指标数据处理的方法进行了研究,提出了比较合理的数据分析与处理方法,为下一步基层部队开展在役考核数据采集工作提供了理论依据。

This paper studies a series of problems such as‘what data to collect’,‘how to collect data’and‘how to analyze and process data’encountered by grass-roots units in carrying out data collection of equipment in-service assessment,and systematically expounds the classification,method and process of data collection of equipment in-service assessment.This paper gives a reasonable answer to the problems encountered in the work of in-service assessment data collection,studies the methods of quantitative index data processing,qualitative index data processing and abnormal index data processing,and puts forward a more reasonable data analysis and processing method,which provides a theoretical basis for the grass-roots units to carry out in-service assessment data collection in the next step.
