摘要
黄酮类化合物具有多种生物活性,其部分金属配合物的活性会增强。本文研究山奈酚-铜配合物的制备及其生物活性。以山奈酚和新戊酸铜为原料,按照摩尔比2∶1和1∶1进行配位反应,合成山奈酚-铜配合物。通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、元素分析对其结构进行了表征,比较了山奈酚及其铜配合物清除O_(2)^(-)·自由基和DPPH自由基的能力。结果表明山奈酚能够与铜离子发生配位反应,生成山奈酚-铜配合物,反应物配比2∶1和1∶1得到的两种配合物经分析后推断为同种结构;配合物对DPPH自由基的清除效果要略优于山奈酚,对O_(2)^(-)·自由基的清除效果在浓度大于31.3 nmol/mL后,明显优于山奈酚。该研究可为黄酮类金属配合物的性能研究提供参考。
Flavonoid has a variety of biological activities.Some of their metal complexes become more active.In this paper,the preparation and bioactivity of copper complex with kaempferol were studied.Kaempferol-copper complexes were synthesized using kaempferol and copper pivalate as raw material with molar ratio of 2∶1 and 1∶1.The structures were characterized by ultraviolet spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,and elemental analysis.And the abilities of kaempferol and its copper complex to scavengeO_(2)^(-)·radicals and DPPH radicals were compared.The results showed that kaempferol can bond with copper ions to form one kaempferol-copper complex at two reaction ratios.The scavenging effect of the complex on DPPH radicals is slightly better than that of kaempferol,and the scavenging effect on O_(2)^(-)·radicals is significantly better than that of kaempferol when the concentration is greater than 3.13 nmol/mL.This study provides a reference for the study of flavonoid metal complexes.
