一种用于生命体征监测的带宽可重构脉冲超宽带雷达发射机电路 被引量:5

摘要 非接触式生命体征检测是当前医疗雷达的研究热点之一。为了分析脉冲超宽带雷达系统应用于生命体征监测的影响因素,通过理论分析,推导了脉冲超宽带雷达用于生命体征监测的Cramer-Rao下限公式,并推导出通过调节脉冲重复频率、带宽和信噪比可以调整超宽带雷达系统的测量精度。基于分析结果提出一种适用于体征监测的脉冲超宽带雷达发射机电路,采用标准SMIC55 nm工艺加以实现,可根据测量需求调节脉宽、脉冲重复频率和脉冲阶数,版图后仿真结果证明该结构的可行性。 Non-contact vital sign monitoring is one of the current research hotspots of medical radar.In order to analyze the influencing factors of pulse ultra-wideband radar system applied to vital sign monitoring,the Cramer-Rao lower limit formula of pulse ultra-wideband radar used for vital sign monitoring was derived through theoretical analysis.It is deduced that the measurement accuracy of the ultra-wideband radar system can be adjusted by adjusting the pulse repetition frequency,bandwidth and signal-to-noise ratio.Based on the analysis results,a pulsed ultra-wideband radar generator circuit suitable for physical sign monitoring is proposed.It can adjust the pulse width,pulse repetition frequency and waveform order according to measurement needs.Implementation based on SMIC 55 nm process,the simulation results after layout prove the feasibility of the structure.
