互联互通框架下的地铁信号集中监测系统设计

摘要 针对信号维护支持子系统(Maintenance Support System,MSS)目前采用单线建设、单线维护的模式,各单线MSS系统独立联网运行存在监测响应时间过长,维护困难等问题,在互联互通框架下设计了一种新的地铁信号集中监测系统。对系统架构进行设计,将其分为三级:车站级、线路级、城市级,各级之间的通信系统CPU、储存器支持实时仿真和跟踪,直观地反映现场设备运行状态,将图形化的设备状态与获取报警信号相结合;设计了图形化显示功能、报警管理功能、模拟功能和用户管理功能,支持集中服务器接入健康平台的方案。实验结果表明,该系统可以有效缩短监测响应时间,增加最远传输距离,实时地对地铁全线网信号系统所有设备在线监测及故障告警,实现监测系统集中化,大幅度缩减线路级信号维护系统盯控人员数量。 For the signal maintenance support subsystem,the mode of single line construction and single line maintenance is adopted at present,and each single line MSS system runs independently in the network. There are some problems,such as long response time,difficult maintenance and so on.A new metro signal centralized monitoring system is designed under the framework of interconnection.The system architecture is designed,which is divided into three levels: station level,line level and city level.The CPU and memory of communication system between all levels support real-time simulation and tracking,intuitively reflect the operation status of field equipment,and combine graphical equipment status with alarm signal acquisition.The function of graphic display,alarm management,simulation and user management are designed to support the centralized server access to the health platform.The experimental results show that the system can effectively shorten the monitoring response time,increase the farthest transmission distance,real-time on-line monitoring and fault alarm for all equipment of the signal system of the whole metro network,realize the centralization of the monitoring system,and greatly reduce the line level signal maintenance system personnel.
