Evidence-based nursing has become an inevitable trend in the development of nursing disciplines.The Knowledge to Action Circle(KTA)model was applied to guide evidence-based nursing practice,and an evidence-based nursing practice organization structure was constructed by relying on the evidence-based translation group.The operation mode and training mode were innovated,the dual goals of evidence summary and evidence application were accomplished,which promoted the clinical application of evidence-based nursing,improved patient outcome indicators and created good economic and social value.
