马铃薯新品种‘陇薯15号’的选育

Selection and Breeding of New Potato Variety’Longshu 15’

‘陇薯15号’是以‘青薯9号’为母本,‘L0202-2’为父本通过有性杂交选育而成,2020年通过国家非主要农作物品种登记[GPD马铃薯(2020)620015]。该品种为晚熟鲜食及淀粉加工兼用型品种,生育期120 d左右,块茎椭圆形,黄皮黄肉,芽眼较浅。块茎干物质含量24.50%,淀粉含量17.74%,维生素C含量18.50 mg/100 g鲜薯,粗蛋白含量2.01%,还原糖含量0.49%。高抗晚疫病,高抗卷叶病毒病。2015~2016年参加甘肃省品种区域试验,平均产量2164 kg/667m^(2),较对照品种‘陇薯6号’增产36.30%。适宜在甘肃省高寒阴湿区、半干旱地区及同类生态区域种植。

The new potato variety’Longshu 15’was developed from a cross between’Qingshu 9’as a female and’L0202-2’as a male through sexual hybridization and selection,and approved for the national non-staple crop varieties registration[GPD Potato(2020)620015]in 2020.It is a late maturing potato variety for fresh consumption or for starch processing.The maturity of’Longshu 15’is about 120 days.It has oval shape tuber,yellow skin and yellow flesh,and shallow eyes.For this variety,dry matter content is 24.50%,starch content is 17.74%,vitamin C is 18.50 mg/100 g,crude protein is 2.01%,and reducing sugar is 0.49%.’Longshu 15’is highly resistant to late blight,and highly resistant to leaf roll virus disease in the field.During 2015-2016,it was tested in potato variety regional trials,yielding 2164 kg/667 m^(2),about 36.30%higher than that of the control variety’Longshu 6’.It is suitable for planting in alpine humid area,semiarid area,and the similar ecological areas in Gansu Province.
