融合与创新:苏南体育健康特色小镇建设的思考

Integration and Innovation:on the Construction of Sports and Health Characteristic Town in Southern Jiangsu

特色小镇建设是落实乡村振兴、推动新型城镇化的重要举措,是促进文体旅融合发展、改善人居环境的重要平台,是促进产业转型升级、助力产业高质量发展的重要阵地。苏南现代化建设水平处于全国前列,探索苏南体育健康特色小镇建设经验对于促进我国新型城镇化具有重要的借鉴意义。在调研苏南两家在建省级示范性体育健康特色小镇的基础上,分析特色小镇的理论渊源和成长经验,发现苏南体育健康特色小镇建设存在规划定位不高、多元融合不够、创新驱动不强、产业体量偏低和专业人才缺乏等问题,提出了提升理论站位、坚持创新驱动、深化融合发展和借力数字赋能等建议。

Characteristic town is an important measure to implement Rural Revitalization and promote new urbanization,a significant platform to promote the integrated development of sports and tourism and the improvement of living environment,and an essential front to accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading and to boost the high-quality development of industry.The modernization of Southern Jiangsu is in the forefront of the country.Exploring its construction experience of sports health in characteristic towns has important reference significance for promoting China's new urbanization.Based on the investigation of two provincial demonstration sports and health characteristic towns under construction in southern Jiangsu,this paper analyzes the theoretical origin of Characteristic Towns and typical cases of foreign characteristic towns,and finds some problems in the construction of sports and health characteristic towns in southern Jiangsu,such as low planning positioning,insufficient diversified integration,weak innovation drive,low industrial volume and lack of professional talents and so on,and then puts forward some suggestions:improving the theoretical position,adhering to innovation driven,deepening integrated development,leveraging digital empowerment and so on.
