摘要
为加快实现我国体育产业的现代化发展,以全民健身O2O模式为研究对象分析其对体育产发展的助推作用。研究发现全民健身O2O模式虽然发展前景良好,但目前仍存在线下体育资源供不应求、服务缺乏核心竞争力、盈利方式较单一、用户体验难以保障和复合型人才缺乏等问题。针对诸多瓶颈因素,可从充分发掘利用线下资源、与时俱进拓宽体育O2O平台、大力增强核心竞争力、持续拓宽盈利方式、提高线上线下服务质量和大力培养体育O2O复合型人才等方面进行优化。
In order to accelerate the modernization of China's sports industry,the national fitness information O2O model is analyzed as the research object.It is found that although the O2O model of national fitness has a good development prospect,there are still problems such as the shortage of offline sports resources,the lack of core competitiveness of services,the single mode of profit,the difficulty in ensuring user experience and the lack of inter-disciplinary talents.In view of many bottleneck factors,optimization can be made from fully exploiting offline resources,expanding sports O2O platform with The Times,vigorously enhancing core competitiveness,continuously expanding profit methods,improving online and offline service quality and vigorously cultivating sports O2O complex talents.
