摘要
教师的教学评价素养,是教师为了促进学生的发展,在对教学活动是否实现目标进行判断与反馈的过程中所体现出来的意识、知识与能力等。在高职英语教学中,英语教师要做到以评促改,以评促学,以评促教。文章分析高职英语教师教学评价素养现状,探讨高职英语教师教学评价素养的内涵和能力要素,指出高职英语教师教学评价素养提升策略是转变教学评价观念,加强对教学评价的相关研究,采用多元化的评价方法,强化教学评价反思。
Teachers'teaching evaluation literacy is the consciousness,knowledge and ability embodied by teachers in the process of judging and feeding back whether teaching activities achieve their goals in order to promote the development of students.In higher vocational English teaching,English teachers should promote reform,learning and teaching by evaluation.This paper analyzes the current situation of higher vocational English teachers'teaching evaluation literacy,discusses the connotation and ability elements of higher vocational English teachers'teaching evaluation literacy,and points out that the strategy to improve higher vocational English teachers'teaching evaluation literacy is to change the concept of teaching evaluation,strengthen the relevant research on teaching evaluation,adopt diversified evaluation methods and strengthen the reflection of teaching evaluation.
