从严治团是新时代对共青团提出的新要求。“青年大学习”行动要紧扣时代主题,通过学生喜闻乐见的形式,将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想内化于心、外化于形。文章通过分析“青年大学习”视角下高校基层团建工作的启示,由微观到宏观揭示了高校基层团建工作的根本任务是为党育人,政治责任是夯实基础,工作主线是服务大局,从而为高校基层共青团工作提供更多的工作思路。

Strict League governance is a new requirement for the Communist Youth League in the new era.The action of"youth learning"should closely follow the theme of the times,internalize Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era thought in mind and externalize thought in form,through the form loved by students.By analyzing the enlightenment of grass-roots league construction in colleges and universities from the perspective of"youth learning",this paper reveals that the fundamental task of grass-roots league construction in colleges and universities is to educate people for the Party,political responsibility is to consolidate the foundation,and the main line of work is to serve the overall situation,so as to provide more working ideas for the work of grass-roots Youth League Construction in colleges and universities.
