从全球乳业20强榜单看我国乳业高质量发展的思路与对策研究

Research on Thought and Countermeasure of High-quality Development of China Dairy from the Global Dairy Top 20

2021年全球乳业20强企业榜单中兰特黎斯(Lactalis)位居榜首,雀巢(Nestlé)降为第二,中国乳品企业伊利位居全球前五,蒙牛位居全球前十。本文分析了近五年全球乳业20强榜单企业,榜单折射出全球乳业发展现状及发展态势。同时,对比分析发现,近年我国乳业发展强劲,但仍要关注企业营收、上游奶源、产品结构、抗风险能力等与国际巨头的差距。在此基础上,从保障优质原料奶供应、产品多元化布局、全球产业链布局等方面提出对策建议。

Lactalis tops the list,Nestlédrops to second place,Yili ranks among the top five and Mengniu ranks among the top 10 in the global dairy top 20 in 2021.This paper analyzed the top 20 global dairy companies in the past five years,the list reflected the current situation and development trend of global dairy industry.Meanwhile,the comparative analysis of this paper found that China's dairy industry developed strongly in recent years,but which still need pay attention to the gap between enterprise revenue,upstream milk source,product structure,risk resistance ability and international dairy giant.On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from guaranteeing the supply of high-quality raw milk,product diversification and global industrial chain layout.
