三例奶山羊魏氏梭菌病的诊断与预防

Diagnosis and Prevention of Clostridiosis Welchii in Three Dairy Goats

羊魏氏梭菌病是由魏氏梭菌引起的急性中毒性传染病,该病发病突然,病程短,往往来不及救治,死亡率高。本文以山东省潍坊市坊子区某养羊户3例病死奶山羊为例,进行了临床检查、流行病学调查、剖检诊断和实验室诊断,最终确诊。由此进行了病因分析,并提出了切实可行的预防措施,对本病的防治具有一定的指导意义。

Clostridiosis Welchii in goats is an acute and toxic infectious disease caused by Clostridium Welchii.The disease occurs suddenly,the course of disease is short,there is often no time for treatment,and the mortality is high.Take three dead dairy goats in Fangzi District,Weifang City,Shandong Province as example,the clinical examination,epidemiological investigation,autopsy diagnosis and laboratory diagnosis are carried out,and make the definite diagnosis.This paper analyzed the pathogeny,put forward practical preventive measures,which has certain guiding significance for the treatment and prevention of the disease.
