摘要
农产品食品安全问题是近年3·15晚会的“钉子户”。为解决农产品食品安全问题,通过分析区块链技术的技术特征,并针不同技术特征同农产品流通的相性进行了分析。研究结果表明,区块链技术可以缓解农产品流通过程中旧有的“追责难”“维权难”“监管难”“信任难”等问题。在此基础上分析利用区块链技术构建农产品追溯平台的框架结构及技术体系,并就该追溯体系对解决农产品食品安全的作用机制进行了阐述。
The food safety problem of agricultural products is the"nail household"of the 3·15 party in recent years.In order to solve the food safety problem of agricultural products,this paper analyzes the technical characteristics of blockchain technology,and analyzes the compatibility of different technical characteristics with the circulation of agricultural products.It is considered that blockchain technology can alleviate the old"blame chasing"and"rights protection"in the circulation of agricultural products On this basis,it analyzes the framework structure and technical system of building agricultural product traceability platform by using blockchain technology,and finally expounds the function mechanism of the traceability system to solve the food safety of agricultural products.
