国内日间化疗工作开展现况调查研究

Study on the Current Situation of Daycare Chemotherapy in China

目的为探索日间化疗工作管理机制,对开展日间化疗的医疗机构进行调研,以期对日间化疗发展管理提供参考。方法抽样26家医疗机构,通过问卷调查各医疗机构开展日间化疗情况、患者准入管理、化疗效率、医保支付情况、日间化疗病历管理和日间化疗发展困境等问题。结果26家医疗机构平均收治日间化疗3600人次/年,占全院化疗的54.4%;制约日间化疗工作开展的主要因素是国家政策支持力度、医保费用的报销方式和支付比例。结论日间化疗可以大幅度提高医疗服务效率,同时日间化疗的发展需要国家配套政策支持,关键政策为提高日间化疗费用的报销比例。

Objective In order to explore the development mechanism of daycare chemotherapy,the medical institutes has carried out research on the development of daycare chemotherapy.Methods It investigated the current situation of daycare chemotherapy in 26 hospitals,including daycare chemotherapy in various hospitals,patient admission management,management efficiency,medical insurance payment status,medical record management and development dilemma of daycare chemotherapy.Results The 26 hospitals received an median of 3600 person-times of day chemotherapy per year,accounting for 54.4%of the total hospital chemotherapy.The national policy support,the reimbursement method and payment ratio of medical insurance expenses are the main factors restricting the development of day chemotherapy.Conclusion Daycare chemotherapy can greatly improve medical efficiency.Meanwhile,supportive policies need to be improved to increase the reimbursement rate of day chemotherapy.
