摘要 基于人工智能的"互联网+智慧医疗"在全国各地广泛开展,但尚未形成成熟有效的操作经验。从安徽省儿科智能辅诊转诊系统建设的构思和初步实践出发,阐述了以医联体质量为抓手的平台建设、以住院儿童疾病谱数据为支撑的系统开发和以危急重症疾病转诊为导向的设置,开发基于人工智能和专家经验相结合的智能辅诊转诊系统,进而构建基于人工智能的安徽省儿科智慧医联体分级诊疗平台的分级诊疗新模式。 The artificial intelligence-based “internet + intelligent medical care” has been widely developed throughout the country,but no mature and effective operating experience has yet been formed. Starting from the conception and preliminary practice of the construction of an intelligent pediatric referral system for pediatrics in Anhui Province,It elaborated on the quality strengthen of medical alliance platform,the development of the system supported by disease spectrum data of hospitalized children,and the prior setting for transferring treatment of acute and critical diseases. The goal is to develop an intelligence auxiliary diagnosis and referral system based on the combination of artificial intelligence and expert experiences,and then to build a new model of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment based on artificial intelligence-based pediatric intelligent medical consortium hierarchical diagnosis and treatment platform in Anhui Province.
