摘要 随着人们工作及生活节奏的不断加快,近年来,颈痛发生率不断上升,并呈现年轻化趋势[1]。2010年全球疾病负担研究[2]表明,颈痛是全球第四大致残原因,仅排在背痛、抑郁和关节痛之后。颈痛发生率约为15%~50%,其中女性发生率为26.4%[3]。颈椎椎间盘突出症(CDH)是导致颈痛的主要疾病之一,其主要表现为颈部轴性疼痛、颈部运动受限和感觉缺陷、膀胱功能障碍.
