江苏省特色小镇建设的实践阐释及可持续发展路径分析

Practice interpretation and sustainable development path analysis of characteristic town construction in Jiangsu province

从特色产业的选择和培育,产业业态体系构建和空间布局,文化传承和风貌特色规划,体制和机制创新等方面对特色小镇的可持续发展路径进行分析。结果表明,江苏省特色小镇建设取得了较大的成果,各级政府积极推进,特色小镇创建初具规模,产业基础扎实,类型丰富。但也存在着一些问题:部分主导产业资源整合力度不够,创新创意孵化困难,要素投入欠缺,文化挖掘不足;部分干部对创建特色小镇认识不到位,缺乏长期发展的自觉性。

Great achievements have been made in the construction of characteristic towns in Jiangsu,which has been actively promoted by governments at all levels. The construction of characteristic towns has taken shape with solid industrial foundation and rich types.But there are problems. For example,some leading industries are not integrated enough,it is difficult to incubate innovative ideas,lack of input of elements,and lack of cultural excavation. Some cadres do not have a good understanding of building characteristic towns and lack of self-consciousness for long-term development. The sustainable development path of characteristic towns is analyzed from the aspects of selection and cultivation of characteristic industries,construction of industrial format system and spatial layout,cultural inheritance and feature planning,and system and mechanism innovation.
