Research on multiple subjects collaborative governance of rural ecological environment under the rural revitalization strategy

在深入调查研究的基础上,分析了引起农村生态环境的普遍性问题,明确了多元主体的角色定位,提出了拓宽公共投资渠道、补齐生态环境治理短板,建立信息共享平台、实现多元主体良性互动,发挥市场导向作用、形成生态治理规模经济,坚持绿色健康导向、以生态资源带动特色旅游,繁荣发展农村文化、拓展生态环境治理的内容,借鉴国外先进经验、形成多元主体共治新格局的协同治理策略,以期助力生态宜居美丽乡村建设。

On the basis of in-depth investigation and research,the universal problems that caused the rural ecological environment were analyzed,the role positioning of multiple subjects were clarified,and cooperative governance strategies of broadening the channels of public investment,making up for the weak links in ecological and environmental protection,establishing information sharing platform,realizing the benign interaction of multiple subjects,giving play to the role of market guidance,forming scale economy of ecological management,adhering to the green and healthy orientation,driving characteristic tourism with ecological resources,developing prosperously rural culture,expanding the content of ecological and environmental governance,drawing on the advanced experience of foreign countries,forming a new pattern of multi-subject co-governance were put forward,in order to help the construction of ecological,livable and beautiful villages.
