碳达峰背景下红河州温室气体排放现状及减排对策建议

Countermeasures for Emission Reduction and Current Situation of Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Honghe Prefecture under the Background of Carbon Peak

以红河州为研究对象,通过编制2018年温室气体排放清单,对红河州能源活动、工业生产过程、农业活动、土地利用变化和林业以及废弃物处理领域的温室气体排放量进行了核算,分析了碳达峰背景下红河州开展温室气体减排工作面临的难点和挑战,并结合红河州实际情况,提出了温室气体减排的对策或建议。

This research drew up the greenhouse gas emission inventory of the year of 2018 of Honghe Prefecture.Greenhouse gas emissions in the fields of energy activities,industrial production processes,agricultural activities,land use changes and forestry,and waste treatment were calculated.The difficulties and challenges faced in carrying out greenhouse gas emission reduction work under the background of carbon peaks were analyzed.Combined with the actual situation of Honghe Prefecture,countermeasures and suggestions for greenhouse gas emission reduction were put forward.
