厌氧氨氧化反应器的启动实验研究

摘要 针对厌氧氨氧化反应(ANAMMOX)难以快速启动的问题,以城市污水处理厂活性污泥为接种污泥,以固定床反应器模拟厌氧氨氧化反应器,进行反应的启动实验研究。实验中利用超级恒温水浴箱使反应器温度控制在30℃,pH在6.7~8.3,并用曝氮气法降低人工废水中的溶氧,为AAOB提供最佳的繁殖生长条件。反应器内填充的无纺滤布和悬浮颗粒生物填料可使AAOB附着,增大了反应接触面积;当实验进水水量为6.18L/d,HRT为2.47d时,NH_(4)^(+)-N和NO_(2)^(-)-N的去除率最高分别达到49.12%和49.60%,平均去除率分别达到22.29%和14.47%;同时对比进出水中NO_(2)^(+)-N和NH_(4)^(+)-N浓度及结合FISH成像结果可知,此时反应器中已经存在少量的AAOB,但ANAMMOX系统的负荷仍然比较低,对氨氮去除率并未达到理想结果,因此反应器还需继续启动。 In order to solve the problem that Anammox(ANAMMOX)is difficult to start up quickly,a fixed bed reactor was used to complete the initial start-up of anammox(ANAMMOX)with activated sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant as inoculated sludge.In the experiment,the temperature of the reactor was controlled at 30℃,pH value was 6.7~8.3,and the dissolved oxygen in artificial wastewater was reduced by nitrogen aeration,The results showed that the non-woven filter cloth and suspended particle biological filler could make AAOB adhere and increase the reaction contact area;when the influent water was 6.18l/d and HRT was 2.47d,the highest removal rates of NH_(4)^(+)-N and NO_(2)^(-)-N were 49.12%and 49.60%respectively,and the average removal rates were 22.29%and 14.47%respectively.By comparing the concentrations of NO_(2)^(-)-N and NH_(4)^(+)-N in the inlet and outlet water and combining with the fish imaging results,it is known that there were a small amount of good nitrogen in the reactor,which proved that the start-up of the reactor had achieved certain results,but the load of anammox system was still relatively low,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was not high,so the start-up of anammox reactor needed to continue.
