徐州市太阳能沼气技术的发展及应用

Development and Application of Solar Biogas Technology in Xuzhou City

摘要 沼气技术有助于提升畜禽粪便的处理、农作物秸秆的综合利用、改善生态环境、促进农业发展。温度是影响沼气工程正常稳定运行的关键因素,冬季气温较低,难以维持沼气工程的正常产气,需采用必要的增温保温措施。徐州市大力开发并推广应用太阳能沼气技术,采取太阳热水器和日光温室技术相结合的加温保温方式,有效地提高了冬季寒冷季节沼气的产气率和稳定性,走出了一条成功的道路。为解决湿式发酵产生的大量沼液和沼渣难以处理,且易造成二次污染问题,进一步研究开发了半干式秸秆太阳能沼气循环利用技术,并与有机农业和新农村建设相结合,有力地促进了沼气技术的发展和推广应用,目前已成功建成马庄、棠张和湖畔槐园等示范工程,逐步形成了沼气利用的“徐州模式”,可为寒冷地区沼气技术的推广应用提供借鉴和参考。 Biogas technology is helpful to improve the treatment of livestock and poultry manure,the comprehensive utilization of crop straw,improve the ecological environment,and promote agricultural development.Among them,temperature is the key factor affecting the normal and stable operation of biogas project.The temperature is low in winter,so it is difficult to maintain the normal gas production of biogas project,so necessary temperature insulation measures need to be adopted.Xuzhou City has vigorously developed and promoted the application of solar biogas technology,and has blazed a successful road,studied and demonstrated the combination of solar water heater and solar greenhouse technology,which effectively improved the gas production rate and stability of biogas in cold winter,to solve a large number produced by wet fermentation biogas slurry and biogas residue is difficult to handle,and easy to cause secondary pollution problems,further research and development of semi-dry straw solar biogas recycling technology,and combined with organic agriculture and new rural construction,effectively promote the development of biogas technology and application,xuzhou biogas technology development mainly ma zhuang,tang zhang and lake huai garden explore perfect"xuzhou model",can provide reference for the promotion and application of biogas technology in cold areas and reference.
