苏州地铁地下车站高性能抗裂混凝土应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为降低苏州地铁车站混凝土早期开裂及渗漏风险,材料上通过原材优选、配合比优化制备主体结构低温升、微膨胀高性能抗裂混凝土,施工上通过合理划分施工缝、温控及养护等工艺优化改进,将其应用在车站主体结构侧墙施工,通过预埋传感器监测执行效果,结果表明,中心最高温升30.7℃,与表面温差值不超10.0℃,单位温升与降温变形为7.19με/℃与6.75με/℃,变形曲线未出现开裂跳点,控裂实施效果显著。 In order to reduce early cracking and leakage risk of Suzhou Metro Station,from the perspective of materials,the low-temperature rise,micro-expansion and high-performance concrete of the main structure was prepared by selecting raw materials and optimizing the mix ratio,and from the perspective of construction,the division of construction joints,temperature control and curing process were optimized and improved,which were applied in improving crack resistance of sidewall structure of metro station.In addition,the implementation effect was monitored by the embedded sensor.The results showed that the maximum temperature rises was by 30.7℃,and the temperature difference between the centre and surface did not exceed 10.0℃.Furthermore,the unit temperature rise and cooling deformation were 7.19με/℃and 6.75με/℃respectively.There was no crack jumping point on the deformation curve,and the shrinkage crack control effect was remarkable.
