摘要
畜禽疾病的发生影响畜禽机体健康,给畜牧行业带来经济损失,同时也威胁人类健康。除了加强畜禽疾病防控管理,通过抗病育种培育具有良好抗病能力的畜禽品种对解决畜禽疫病问题具有重要意义。LncRNA作为一类可通过表观遗传、转录及转录后水平发挥调控作用,不能编码蛋白质的RNA,其可参与畜禽疾病调控和介导宿主抗病毒反应以及细菌免疫反应。本文对LncRNA在常见畜禽抗病育种中的相关研究进行综述,以期为畜禽抗病育种提供理论参考。
The occurrence of livestock and poultry diseases affects the body health of livestock and poultry,brings economic losses to the livestock industry,and at the same time threatens human health.In addition to strengthening the prevention and control of livestock and poultry diseases,breeding livestock and poultry varieties with good disease resistance through disease resistance breeding is of great significance to solve the problem of livestock and poultry diseases.As a class of RNAs that can play a regulatory role through epigenetic,transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels and cannot encode proteins,lncRNAs can participate in the regulation of livestock and poultry diseases and mediate host antiviral responses and bacterial immune responses.In this paper,the relevant studies of lncRNAs in common livestock and poultry disease resistance breeding were reviewed,in order to provide theoretical reference for livestock and poultry disease resistance breeding.
