黄芪多糖的生理功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用研究进展

Physiological Function of Astragalus Polysaccharide and Its Application in Livestock and Poultry Production

黄芪多糖是从黄芪中提取的重要天然活性成分,具有调节免疫、抗氧化、促进肠道健康发育等多种生理功能。在畜禽生产中,黄芪多糖作为一种天然、高效、无残留的饲料添加剂被广泛应用,在增强机体免疫力、抗应激、促进动物生长方面具有良好效果,同时对调节肠道微生态平衡、提高饲料转化率、改善畜产品品质等具有积极作用。近些年对黄芪多糖的研究进展较慢,对其配伍使用效果的研究还不够。本文主要对黄芪多糖的生理功能及相关分子机制、其在畜禽生产上应用效果进行综述,为推动黄芪多糖进一步研究和畜牧业快速发展提供参考依据。

Astragalus polysaccharide is an important natural active component extracted from Astragalus membranaceus,with many functions such as immune regulation,anti-oxidation,intestinal health and so on.As a natural,efficient and residue free feed supplement,astragalus polysaccharide has been widely and actively used in livestock and poultry production.It can enhance immunity,anti-stress,promote animal growth,and regulate the intestinal microecological balance,improve feed conversion rate,and improvethe quality of livestock products.In recent years,the research progress of astragalus polysaccharides is slow,and the research on its compatibility effect is still less.Therefore,in this paper,the physiological functions and related mechanism of astragalus polysaccharide and its application effect in livestock and poultry production are reviewed,to provide reference for the further research of astragalus polysaccharide and rapid development of animal husbandry.
