摘要
苹果渣是生产苹果酒、醋、汁的副产物,富含果胶、多酚、类黄酮、苹果酸等活性成分。它们具有调节糖脂代谢而降低体脂沉积,调节肠道形态而提高幼年动物的免疫力,改善机体抗氧化能力,有助于畜禽肉产品的保存等生理功能。本文综述了苹果渣的生理功能、苹果渣的饲料化及其在动物生产中的应用,以期为苹果渣在动物生产中的合理开发利用提供理论参考。
Apple pomace is the main by-product of apple cider and juice processing industries.There are pectin,polyphenols,flavonoids in apple pomace and its extracts,which showed positive effects in regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,anti-oxidant and immunity function in animal production.This article reviewed the biological functions of apple pomace,its processing mode and application in animal production,to provide a theoretical reference for rational development and utilization of apple pomace in animal production.
