日粮钙水平对22~42日龄肉仔鸡生长性能及肉品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮不同钙水平对22~42日龄肉仔鸡生长性能、胴体性能及肉品质的影响。选用300只1日龄商品代AA肉公雏,1~21日龄统一饲喂含正常钙水平的玉米-豆粕型日粮(钙含量1.0%),于22日龄选取252只体重相近的健康鸡,随机分为7组,每组6个重复,每个重复6只鸡。采用单因子完全随机试验设计,分别饲喂钙含量为0.5%、0.6%、0.7%、0.8%、0.9%、1.0%、1.1%的玉米-豆粕型日粮,试验期21 d。结果表明:日粮不同钙水平对肉鸡的平均日采食量、平均日增重、耗料增重比、腿病发病率及死淘率均无显著影响;日粮不同钙水平对屠体率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率及腹脂率均无显著影响;日粮不同钙水平对胸肌和腿肌的L*值、a*值、b*值、pH、滴水损失及剪切力均无显著影响。综上,商品代AA肉仔鸡在1~21日龄日粮钙水平为1.0%情况下,0.5%~1.1%日粮钙水平对22~42日龄肉仔鸡生长性能、胴体性能及肉品质均无显著影响。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary calcium(Ca)level on the growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality of broilers from 22 to 42 days.A total of 3001-day-old commercial male Arbor Acres broilers were fed a corn-soybean meal diet containing the Ca(1.0%)from 1 to 21 days of age.At 22 days of age,252 healthy broilers with similar body weight were randomly assigned to 1 of 7 treatments with 6 replicates of 6 broilers per cages for each treatment in a completely randomized design,and were fed a corn-soybean meal diet containing Ca 0.50%,0.60%,0.70%,0.80%,0.90%,1.00%or 1.10%,respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed that dietary Ca level had no effect on average daily feed intake,average daily gain,ratio of feed to weight gain,incidence of leg disease and death rate(P>0.05);dietary Ca level had no effect on dressing percentage,eviscerated yield,breast muscle percentage,thigh muscle percentage,and abdominal fat percentage(P>0.05);dietary Ca level had no effect on the L*values,a*values,b*value,pH value,drip loss and shear force of breast and thigh muscles(P>0.05).In summary,dietary Ca levels of 0.50%to 1.1%did not affect the growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality of broilers from 22 to 42 days of age,when a diet containing 1.0%Ca was fed to commercial Arbor Acres broilers from 1 to 21 days of age.
