罗伊氏乳杆菌对蛋雏鸡生长性能、器官指数、肠道形态及盲肠内容物菌群的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Lactobacillus reuteri on Growth Performance,Organ Index,Intestinal Morphology and Cecal Content Flora of Laying Chicks

摘要 试验旨在研究罗伊氏乳杆菌对蛋雏鸡生长性能、器官指数、肠道形态及盲肠内容物菌群的影响。选取平均体重(36.17±0.14)g的1日龄海兰褐蛋雏鸡1200只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复50只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,冻干粉组饲喂基础饲料+罗伊氏乳杆菌冻干粉(活菌数5×1010 CFU/kg)1 kg/t;发酵液组饲喂基础饲料+罗伊氏乳杆菌发酵液(活菌数5×10^(10) CFU/kg)1 L/t;上清液组饲喂基础饲料+罗伊氏乳杆菌上清液(不含活菌)1 L/t。预试期3 d,正试期39 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,在饲粮中添加罗伊氏乳杆菌冻干粉、上清液、发酵液可显著降低蛋雏鸡料重比7.30%、4.72%、5.58%,显著降低死淘率27.66%、14.89%、8.51%,显著提高雏鸡腺胃指数31.58%、23.53%、25.64%,显著提高盲肠指数55.56%、30.56%、16.67%,显著降低盲肠中大肠杆菌数量4.77%、5.36%、3.83%,但对均匀度、胫长和肠道形态没有显著影响。综上所述,在饲粮中添加罗伊氏乳杆菌冻干粉、上清液或发酵液具有提高蛋雏鸡生产性能、促进消化器官发育、调节盲肠内容物菌群的有益效果,综合比较,冻干粉组效果最好。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of Lactobacillus reuteri on growth performance,organ index,intestinal morphology and cecal content flora of laying chickens.A total of 12001-day-old Hyline brown chickens with an average weight of 36.17±0.14g were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,each with 6 replicates,and each replicate with 50 chickens.The experimental diet was added freeze-dried powder of Lactobacillus reuteri(live bacteria count 5×10^(10) CFU/kg),the addition amount of 1 kg/t;fermentation broth(viable bacteria count 5×1010 CFU/kg),the addition amount 1 L/t and supernatant(without live bacteria),the addition amount is 1L/t,and the control group was fed basal diet.The pre-trial period was 3 days and the trial period was 39 days.The results show that compared with the control group,adding Lactobacillus reuteri lyophilized powder,supernatant or fermentation broth to the diet can significantly reduce the feed weight ratio of laying chickens by 7.30%,4.72%and 5.58%,significantly reduce the dead scouring rate by 27.66%,14.89%and 8.51%;The glandular stomach index of chickens was significantly increased by 31.58%,23.53%and 25.64%.The cecal index was significantly increased by 55.56%,30.56%and 16.67%.The number of Escherichia coli in cecum was significantly reduced by 4.77%,5.36%and 3.83%(P<0.05);but it has no significant effect on uniformity,tibia length and intestinal morphology.In summary,adding Lactobacillus reuteri freeze-dried powder,supernatant or fermentation broth to the diet can improve the performance of laying chickens,promote the development of digestive organs,and regulate the cecum Comprehensive comparison of the beneficial effects of the content flora,the freeze-dried powder group has the best effect.
