日粮中添加藜麦秸秆对湖羊生长性能和屠宰性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 文章研究了日粮中添加不同比例黎麦秸秆对湖羊生长性能和屠宰性能的影响,为藜麦秸秆作为肉羊饲料原料提供数据基础。试验选用80只体重30 kg左右的健康断奶湖羊公羔,随机分为4组,按照日粮粗饲料分为0%、33.3%、66.7%、100%藜麦秸秆组(玉米秸秆分别为100%、66.7%、33.3%和0%),饲喂60 d后测定湖羊的生长性能和屠宰性能。结果表明:①添加66.7%藜麦秸秆组羊的试验末重显著高于其他组(P<0.05);添加66.7%藜麦秸秆组的30~60 d和1~60 d平均日增重显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。②日粮中添加黎麦秸秆对湖羊胴体重、屠宰率均无显著影响(P>0.05),添加66.7%藜麦秸秆组羊的眼肌面积显著高于0%藜麦秸秆组(P<0.05),但不同比例黎麦秸秆各组羊之间的眼肌面积差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,藜麦秸秆可以替代玉米秸秆作为湖羊的粗饲料来源,同时,藜麦秸秆和玉米秸秆搭配饲喂效果最好,能更好地提高湖羊的生长性能。 This paper studied the effects of different proportions of quinoa straw on growth performance and slaughter performance of Hu sheep,so as to provide data basis for the quinoa straw as feed material in mutton sheep.Eighty healthy male Hu sheep lambs with a body weight of about 30 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups.The roughage was divided into 0%,33.3%,66.7%and 100%quinoa straw group(corn straw account for 100%,66.7%,33.3%and 0%of the roughage).Growth performance and slaughter performance of Hu sheep were measured after feeding for 60 days.The results showed as follows:①The final weight of 66.7%quinoa straw group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05);the average daily gain(ADG)at 30-60 days and 1-60 days in 66.7%quinoa straw group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).②Quinoa had no significant effect on carcass slaughter rate of Hu sheep(P>0.05);eye muscle area of the 66.7%quinoa straw group was significantly higher than that of corn straw group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in eye muscle area among groups with different proportions of quinoa straw(P>0.05).In conclusion,quinoa straw could replace corn straw as the roughage source of Hu sheep,and the combination of quinoa straw and corn straw had the best feeding effect,which could improve the growth performance of Hu sheep.
