白羽绿头鸭生长与产肉性能研究

摘要 为探讨白羽绿头鸭的生长与产肉性能本研究对其0~46周龄生长情况和屠宰性能进行测定分析。结果显示,白羽绿头鸭在第24周龄时达到体重最大值,在6周龄前活重日绝对生长量较大,相对增长率较高;雄雌分别在28周龄和20周龄时体斜长达到最大值;6周龄前体斜长日绝对生长量较大,相对增长率较高。不同性别白羽绿头鸭的屠宰率和腿肌率差异不显著,雄鸭宰前体重、屠体重、半净膛重、半净膛率、全净膛重、全净膛率和胸肌重显著高于雌鸭,腿肌率和胸肌率显著低于雌鸭。通过研究获得了白羽绿头鸭的活重、体尺生长规律和屠宰性能基础数据,为种质资源保护和利用奠定基础。 In order to disscuss the growth and meat production performance of White-feathered Mallards,the 0-46 week growth and slaughter performance were measured and analyzed in this study.The results showed that White-feathered Mallards reached their maximum weight at 24 week,and had a larger absolute growth rate and a higher relative growth rate on live weight days before 6 weeks of age;The body slope length reaches its maximum at 28 and 20 weeks for male and female White-feathered Mallards respectively;The absolute daily growth rate is higher and the relative growth rate is higher before 6 weeks of age.The slaughter performance analysis revealed that the difference between the sexes in slaughter rate and leg muscle rate were not significant,and that male White-feathered Mallards had significantly higher pre-slaughter weight,slaughter weight,half-clean bore weight,half-clean bore rate,full-clean bore weight,full-clean bore rate and pectoral muscle weight than female White-feathered Mallards,while leg muscle rate and pectoral muscle rate were significantly lower than female White-feathered Mallards.The basic data on live weight,body size growth and slaughter performance of White-feather Mallards were obtained through research,laying a foundation for the protection and utilization of germplasm resources.
