秦皮药理作用研究进展

Research Progress in the Pharmacological Effect of Cortex fraxini

秦皮(Cortex fraxini)作为中国陕西道地药材始载于《神农本草经》,为木犀科植物苦栃白蜡树(Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance)、白蜡树(Fraxinus chinensis Roxb.)、尖叶白蜡树(Fraxinus szaboana Lingelsh.)或宿柱白蜡树(Fraxinus stylosa Lingelsh.)的干燥枝皮或干皮。秦皮性寒,味苦、涩,归肝、胆、大肠经具有清热、止泻和明目等作用,在世界范围内具有较广泛的临床应用。近年来国内外学者对于秦皮的药理作用研究日益增多,主要含香豆素、木质素和酚类等功效成分具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化和抗抑郁等广泛的生物活性。临床上主要用于溃疡性结肠炎、急性肾损伤、腹泻、细菌性痢疾、关节炎、高尿酸血症和癌症的治疗等。本文在阅读大量国内外相关文献的基础上,对秦皮化学成分和药理作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为秦皮更深一步开发和利用提供参考依据。

Cortex fraxini as an authentic medicinal material in Shaanxi,China,was first published in the Shen Nong s Materia Medica".They were dry barks or dried barks of Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance,Fraxinus chinensis Roxb.,Fraxinus szaboana Lingelsh.or Fraxinus stylosa Lingelsh.Cortex fraxini is cold in nature,bitter and astringent,and is attributed to the liver,gallbladder,and large intestine meridian.It has the effects of clearing heat,stopping diarrhea,and improving eyesight.It has a wide range of clinical applications worldwide.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have studied the pharmacological effects of Cortex fraxini increasingly,which mainly contains coumarin,lignin and phenols and other functional ingredients,and has a wide range of biological activities such as anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,and anti-depression.Clinically,it is mainly used for the treatment of ulcerative colitis,acute kidney injury,diarrhea,bacillary dysentery,arthritis,hyperuricemia and cancer.This article reviews the research progress of the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Cortex fraxini,which would provide a reference for the further development and utilization of Cortex fraxini.
