摘要
当前高校就业中存在着政府对高校毕业生就业效率的期待和毕业生就业实践迟缓间的矛盾,高校毕业生就业效率亟待提升。对合肥学院毕业生就业路径的回归分析显示,学生就业路径选择与自身人力资本的低匹配度和错误的实践形式降低了就业效率。高校应在尊重毕业生自主选择权利的同时,优化就业指导与服务体系,合理引导学生预期,提升就业效率。
Currently,there is a discrepancy between government expectation of college graduates' employment efficiency and their sluggish employment reality.Efforts must be made to help college graduates get employed more efficiently.Logit regression analysis of employment choices made by graduates from Hefei University shows that low employment efficiency can often be attributed to the fact that their employment choices do not match their own human capital and they have done wrong forms of practice.While respecting students' right to make their own choices,colleges and universities should strengthen employment guidance and service to help students set reasonable expectations and find employment more efficiently.
