摘要
针对大尺寸螺旋焊管周长在线检测的难题,提出了一种基于CCD激光测微传感器的技术方案。该方案利用4组CCD测微传感器对螺旋焊管截面2个正交外径进行数据采集,结合螺旋焊管卷焊速度,构造截面点坐标,通过最小二乘椭圆算法对焊管截面圆进行拟合,计算出截面椭圆的周长,作为该段螺旋焊管中心截面周长的最优估计值。搭建了一套实验系统,对该技术方案进行了实验测试,实验结果表明该方法能够准确、实时检测出被测钢管周长,测量数据刷新速率优于0.1 s。与π尺作比对,两者测量结果的偏差优于±0.8 mm,满足实际生产中螺旋焊管在线检测的要求。
Aiming at the problem of on-line detection of the circumference of large-size spiral welded pipes,a technical scheme based on CCD laser micrometer sensors was proposed.This scheme used 4 sets of CCD micrometer sensors to detect the two orthogonal diameters of the spiral welded pipe section,and constructed the cross-section point coordinates according to the spiral welded pipe coiling speed.Finally,the section circle of welded pipe was fitted by least square ellipse algorithm.The circumference of the section ellipse was calculated as the best estimate of the center section circumference of the spiral welded pipe.A set of experimental system was built to conduct multiple experimental tests on this technical scheme.The experimental results show that the proposed method described can accurately detect the circumference of the steel pipe in real time,and the measurement data refresh interval is better than 0.1 s.Compared with theπruler method,the measurement deviation is better than±0.8 mm,which meets the requirements of on-line detection of spiral welded pipes in actual production.
